TRAMPA's Original 9-69 35° Short Mountainboard deck is the perfect deck option for "Advancing teenagers" & "Intermediate adult" sized riders. Being shorter in overall length, its excellent for big airs, fast rotations & any types of freestyle use but can of course also be ridden down a track or basic Grassy slopes..... The 35° tip means it needs to be fitted to spring trucks. Spring Trucks are much more robust than Skate Trucks. Spring Trucks also offer a lot more custom adjustment, resulting in more stability to the rider, especially when compared to the 15° deck with Skate Trucks. Its dimensions make it excellent for all sizes of rider from youngster to adult starter. It can be used for Mountain Boarding or Kite Boarding. Its often purchased as a Blank deck or as an Up-Grade to replace a broken or non responsive wooden deck supplied by other brands & will also fit to Scrub channel & MBS Matrix Trucks.

TRAMPA decks are measured in “Ply”, referring to how many layers of ‘secret-composite’ are used when making the deck. A lower ply deck will be flexi-er & lighter than a higher-ply one. TRAMPA decks have 35°, 15° or 0° Truck Mounting Angles, in order to work with the various steering systems used across different applications.
35° Decks – Work in perfect harmony with TRAMPA’s amazing Spring Trucks – a highly tuneable steering system designed give optimal responsiveness at 35°.

How are they made?
The TRAMPA™ deck is made from a re-enforced glass and plastic thermo composite. Chosen because it gives a superior strength-to-weight ratio, whilst (unlike carbon fibre) remaining flexible. It is able to withstand huge impacts, forces and flex's that would shatter other materials.
Specially formulated, and presented in a thread like format, just like cotton. From there, it’s woven to our desired width, and placed it onto a roll. Pre-shaped, polished-aluminium moulds are used to give the material the dimensions and surface quality we require – this is where we vary the layer quantity of the composite in the mould, & control the amount of flex and pop in the resulting deck, giving us our Ply Ratings.
A special seal is used to create a high-pressured vacuum, then mould is then placed in a special oven to cook for about 2 hours. As the air is sucked out, the heated material becomes fluid – then at the crucial moment heating is turned off and the moulds are cooled, resulting in one solid piece! The decks are then cut out using a high-pressure water-cutter, resulting in a razor sharp finish to the edge of the deck.
The decks are then finished by hand. The binding and grab handle fixing holes are measured and drilled by hand, Metal files are used to take away the sharp edge of the deck and they are then rubbed smooth with a block and various grades of sandpaper.

TRAMPA's 35° HOLYPRO Mountain Board Deck is so called because of its special Weight Saving Holes. It is the #1 option for all top level Riders, including all of our Pro Team Mountainboard Riders! Being Slightly shorter than the 35° Long and slightly longer than the 35° Short, the 35° HOLYPRO deck offers the best of both worlds in terms of performance & weight.
The 'Frogmouth' cut out shape on the tip of the deck is the same shape as the hole in the VERTIGO & ULTIMATE Trucks. This allows you to uniquely see through your Deck & into the Truck during operation. These impressive holes do not only look awesome but they also save you lots of weight right at the critical tip of your deck, allowing much more nimble-ness without removing any of the stiffness or performance from the deck!
Its Unique weight saving hole in the tip of the deck means its drill pattern will only fit to TRAMPA Spring Trucks. The 35° HOLYPRO comes as standard pre Drilled to fit your TRAMPA TRUCKS but the bindings holes are left blank for your customisation. Please select from the drop down menus if you want to drill the bindings yourself or if you would like TRAMPA to neatly do this for you at NO EXTRA CHARGE. The 35° HOLYPRO also comes as standard with Grip Tape already fitted, a special Marine Grade Stainless Steel Complete Deck Bolt Kit & any choice of Vinyl Stickers fitted.
TRAMPA's 35° HS11 Brake Deck is taken from the same mould & uses the same cut out pattern as the 35° HOLYPRO Deck BUT it does not have the same weight saving holes at the 'Tips' or in the Footstance area cut into it. Either one of these 2 shaped decks (or a seriously modified 35° Long Deck) must be used if you wish to fit the MAGURA BRAKES or should you wish to convert your Deck to be used with an ELECTRONIC ENGINE!
The MAGURA HS11 Brake system fixes neatly to the specially modified INFINITY & VERTIGO Brake Hangers, but the slight bulk of the Brakes means they need some space around the 'Tip of the Deck' in order to be mounted & operate correctly. Without the extra space given around the 'Tips of the Deck', the brakes will get caught on the side of the Deck, causing damage & steering issues.
Being slightly shorter in length than the 35° Long BUT slightly longer in length & nearly as light as the 35° Short, the 35° HS11 Brake Deck offers the best of both worlds in performance BUT with the additional space to be able to fit the Brakes.
TRAMPA's 35° HOLYPRO Electric Mountain Board Deck has been specifically created to work in conjunction with TRAMPA's stunning new range of Electrical products.
It is packed full of NEW & very special features completely unique to TRAMPA. The special water cut 'Oval HOLYPRO Holes' have been re-positioned 'Asymmetrically', allowing the deck to be drilled for both Regular or Goofy Riding styles, whilst gaining space in the center of the deck at the same time so that the amazingly flexible (& of course still un-breakable) deck can accommodate our special new features!
The first new feature allows the perfect fitting of the super flexible silicone coated Motor cables that carry the battery power from the recommended surface mounted ‘MONSTER Box', which routes the cables out through specially sealed off exit holes in the underside of the Monster Box, into a special 'CNC precision cut channel’ in the deck, cutting 8mm deep across the surface of the center of the deck, underneath the riders trailing foot & through the 2nd new feature - a special 'Cable Hole' in the tail end of the deck. The Motor cables are covered using our 3rd NEW feature, by using a PCB which also houses the Motor Sensor cables, the VESC Cables come out the same hole in the center of the Monster Box & are plugged into the PCB, which is then glued & screwed into position in the deck, protecting & holding the position of the Motor cables. The motor & sensor cables from the motor are fed around the trucks in a tidy, non-interfering route so that the adjoining bullet connecters align perfectly & connect neatly into the battery cables.
The 6 Spoke HYPA Wheel is the lightest & strongest plastic injected 7 & 8 inch Hub / Wheel on the market today! Its produced using original DuPont ingredients & the best Injection Moulding machinery, no quality expense is spared during the production of this amazingly strong little hub!
During testing the HYPA Wheels performance surpassed all expectations. :-) This little 8 inch wheel proved to be so strong, when the "Crash Test Dummies" (i mean the Mountainboard Team Riders) inflated their tyres well beyond factory recommendations! (Tut-Tut Naughty-Naughty!) The extra inflation resulted in substantially faster roll speeds, giving them the extra time in the air to complete their huge freestyle moves & still have time land in 1 piece! I'm pleased to tell you there were no explosions from the over inflation to report whilst breaking a HYPA HUB is just about unheard of, something extraordinary has to go wrong before these hubs do! If you have seen some of the crazy stuff the MTB & KTB teams have put the equipment through over the years, with genuinely almost no problems to report, you will have no doubt of the HYPA WHEELS performance capabilities.

TRAMPA's HYPA hubs are held together using Marine Grade (A4) Stainless steel Nuts & Bolts & will never rust on you. Our bolts are perfect for bad conditions. Not only will the nuts & Bolts never rust on you all the Bolts used by TRAMPA have been dipped in a special Blue Locking Paste, whilst all the Nuts that TRAMPA uses are fitted with the world renowned Nyloc nylon nut locking system, all of these no expense spared small details ensure you get the absolute best product possible! To help prevent you from purchasing imitations, TRAMPA's HYPA Hubs are always TRAMPA embossed between the spokes proving our top quality!
Your tyre requirements will be defined by the surface you are riding on, however you will be pleased to read that all of the HYPA Hubs will fit into any of the 7 inch Tyres or 8 Inch Tyres on the TRAMPA website. TRAMPA Hubs are also compatible with all known 8 Inch Tyres that are currently on the market, including any other Mountainboard or Dirt Scooter brand.
TRAMPA’s very own & genuine ABEC 5 rated Bearings, push perfectly into the 'Centre Set' bearing housings either side of the hub. The bearings are supported internally by use of a 'Bearing Support Spacer' sitting on the axle in the middle of the hub, guaranteeing the position of the bearings & the smoothest spin rate possible. TRAMPA's Bearings will fit onto 9.525mm, 10mm & 12mm Axles. The metric measurement of 9.525mm, is equal to the US Imperial measurement 3/8ths of 1 inch. Bearing Reducer Sleeves downsize your 12mm Bearings to fit onto 10mm Metric Scooter Axles or 9.525mm (3/8ths of an inch) Imperial Skate Axles. Bearings can be supplied at 50% of the usual retail price when purchased with a wheel... 2x Bearings cost just £2.50 per pair (usually £2.50 each), resulting in a £10 saving per set of 8x bearings, 8 bearings are enough for a set of 4 wheels!
TRAMPA's 200mm x 50mm - 8 Inch wonder wheels are the primary choice sized wheel for many inventors developing sporting equipment requiring very strong whilst very light weight, small pneumatic wheels for their applications to work correctly. Mountainboards, Kiteboards, 2Wheel, Dirt-Scooters, Bikes Skates, Sledges, Trikes, Skikes, Model Planes, Single Seater Planes, Dog Sledding, Dirt Skiing, Transportation Chariots & now lots of exciting electronic applications all due to come to the market very soon, all require an 8 inch wheel for their best movement... If you have a wheeled project on the go & you would like to fit TRAMPA's 8 inch wheels onto it, then in your design you need to use a 12mm axle & you will need to give an axle mounting space of 34.2mm in order to fit the TRAMPA Hubs correctly.
TRAMPA’s Beast Boxes come in three different sizes;
STANDARD - fitting up to 6200mAH Batteries
BIGGER - fitting up to 12,000mAH Batteries
BIGGEST - fitting up to 16,000mAH Batteries.
Boards with single motors could go for any of the Beast Boxes - dependant on the desired range / weight of the finished board.
Boards with TWIN Motors will need to go for the BIGGEST BOX, in order to accommodate room for the extra VESC that needs to sit inside.
Able to fit onto any TRAMPA board with Spring Trucks, BEAST BOXES made from 2mm thick 3k Twill Carbon Fiber. Precision CNC machined & internally grooved to give perfectly fitted joins, the Beast Box is pretty much water proof. Heat shrinking your joins & adding a touch of silicon at the end of the assembly will for sure seal the box to be tight from water!
The beast box comes with a top mounted LCD Battery Indicator, so guessing range is no longer an issue!
Assembling the box has been described as “fiddly but fun”. It’s a tight fit when using the biggest batteries for each box, so keep that in mind while assembling. The less room the batteries have to bounce around inside the box the better - especially over rough terrain!
Stainless steel Countersunk bolts harmoniously connect into both the base & the lid of the box, screwing neatly & tightly into HEX spacers... as the lid is tightened down, you get a satisfying click of confidence that everything has dropped into place perfectly as the panels slips into the groove and the gaps are no longer visible!

Introducing the amazing VESC® 6 MKIII Speed Controller, the third major product update of the world famous VESC 6 product line. Packed with a variety of amazing new features, this VESC is certainly worth of it’s pimpin’ gold logo.
The first VESC capable of hibernating, your board can conserve power while not in use - reducing power consumption to just 20μA – less than the self-discharge rate of the batteries. Or with automatic power off, your VESC can switch itself off after a set amount of time.

In its development, no Mosfet switches were used - due to their tendency to eventually blow up. This saves on the additional costs of replacing them, & also adds to the longevity of the VESC 6 MKIII.
When we developed the VESC 75/300, it was obvious that most of its features would be handy to have in the VESC 6 format. As a result, Benjamin Vedder took on the challenge and re-designed the entire PCB of the VESC 6, to make new, powerful features available in a smaller & cheaper 60V rated package.
The VESC 6 MKIII features THREE PHASE SHUNTS & adjustable CURRENT / VOLTAGE FILTERS - detecting any motor attached more precisely and reliably than ever before. Consequently all kinds of motors now run as smooth as butter & react PERFECTLY LINEAR to throttle input commands.
You’ll also find a new IMU chip fitted - featuring a gyroscope, accelerometers and a compass, the VESC 6MKIII knows its 3D orientation in space, 3 axis acceleration values and directions.
UAVCAN has been added to the VESC 6 PLUS firmware allowing to interact with commonly used flight controllers like the PIXHAWK ®* devices. An incredible 12,000 lines of code have been added for the new hardware releases. To make the VESC nearly indestructible, the low voltage rails were redesigned A-Z.
VESC-Tool is now available as an Android™ compatible App, allowing you to configure your VESC or VESC array with only a few clicks. User specific PROFILES will let you change in between different setups with a single tap on the fly.
Using an original VESC 6 MKIII, motor detection is now more precise than ever. Extreme low inductance (0.5 μH) motors are no issue!
Parameters for gearing and wheel diameter have been added, allowing display of speed, Wh usage per distance travelled, precise battery indicator, current consumption, duty cycle and power. Beautiful self-adjusting analogue displays make the readings of all parameters very enjoyable.

This complete Cable kit is used to link 2x 6s Batteries together. The batteries must be fitted with female XT90 connectors to connect to this cable kit. The cables pass trough a 50Amp safety fuse & connect into a single TRAMPA VESC to further power a single TRAMPA motor giving you the amazing 12s power that everybody is talking about! This cable kit shoul dbe used when using the rear mounted TRAMPA BEAST BOX... :-)
The finely stranded (1036 strands per 4mm core) & highest standard available copper cables (made in Germany) flex perfectly in their top quality & super flexible silicone coating to enable you to connect everything together neatly within the contents of the carbon fibre Beast Box, remember the VESC is mounted internally in the Beast Box and I can tell you it can be a bit of a squeeze fitting everything into the Beast, but having superflexible high quality cables to work with means everything can be easily moved around inside the box slipping them into the perfect position without the fear of damaging the cables or the hand soldered in the UK connections to the XT90 plugs...
The XT90 plugs have a little ridge on their exterior whilst the material they are made from is very strong and very cleverly we have made the Beast box lid with 2 precision made holes perfect for accepting for the XT90's to push through the lid from the inside of the box & rest against the rim of the hole in the lid, allowing everything else in the box to seal away enabling you to be able to, with the use of some squeeze silicone in a tube to become pretty much weather proof...
By the use of some suitably small 2mm holes next to the precision holes for the XT90 connectors it's possible in combination to neatly zip tie between the XT90's to lock them firmly in position giving them a strong enough connection so that so that you can easily push & pull the loopkey / cuicuit breaker at any time from the exterior with out the fear of damaging anything inside or out...!
The BEAST BOX is also fitted with more precision holes to allow tying the exterior VESC cables which come out of the rear of the Beast box to reach the motor whilst holding all the cables neatly in their best position.
Constructed using 4mm thick of the highest standard Copper available (that's lots of Super fine copper Strands - 1036 strands per 4mm core) and coated in Super Flexible Premium Silicone which has been TRAMPA Stamped to prove it's geniality & expected quality (Cus these top quality cables are not cheap) are used to maximise & maintain full performance in your Electric TRAMPA Board at all times!
This simple motor mounting kit is as versatile as they come - able to work with most Longboard Trucks and wheels - as well as a variety of motor & pulley sizes.
The Motor Mount Connectors snuggly slide over the truck hanger and are secured tightly with MARINE GRADE M6x10 grub screws. The Premium Quality Carbon Mounting Panel is secured to the Motor Mount Connectors - & is fitted with a support for long motor axles. The Motor Axle Support houses a precision 608 bearing, supporting axle rotation & ensuring the motor is as secure & efficient as possible. TRAMPA’s motors have a longer axle, that fit perfectly into this support.
The Pulley Kit includes a 15mm STRONGBELT and a choice of Slave Wheels, that can drastically change the performance of your finished board. We use a 15mm wide reinforced drive belt that reduces stretch, eliminates slip & as a consequence provides a constantly smooth whilst incredibly intuitive power delivery direct to the rear Drive Wheels of your board. This kit comes with a 66 tooth slave wheel, which fits to any of our 7-9 inch wheels!
The Maytech Remote controller is comfortable to hold & works well as a thumb operated remote control when riding a TRAMPA Electric board. Opposed to the more-common trigger controllers, where you use your forefinger to operate a trigger on the underside of the controller, the Maytech controller uses your thumb on the top - meaning you push forwards to fly forwards! It may take some getting used to, but we’ve found the small, tactful & simple design of these remotes are perfect for controlling your speed & keeping you cruising along comfortably.
The Maytech remote control comes with its own rechargeable lithium batteries (already installed and sealed in the device) & a Micro USB cable for charging. Full charging takes approximately 2 hours but one charge is enough for at least 8 hours (Maytech claims 10 hours but we’ve never tested their claim). You should never run out of power in one run, however just to be safe you should always charge the controller when you charge your board - you never want a dead controller halfway through a ride, that's a school boy error!
The Controller is already paired to the receiver, which means all you have to do is push it into the VESC & within a moment (so long as everything has power in it) you should have a automatic connection - Easy!
The HobbyKing® ™ GT2B is a tad more substantial in size, but comes with a few more features, as well as some customisable options. Featuring a 3 channel operation, interchangeable hand grips, adjustable steering dual-rate, servo reversing and a rechargeable li-ion battery. The li-ion battery makes this transmitter much lighter, which gives the user a great feel during use - no more lugging around a heavy transmitter holding (expensive!) AA batteries!
The Quanum pistol grip transmitter & receiver system is an entry level system offering the reliability of 2.4Ghz signal technology and will control the speed of your Electric TRAMPA Board. The transmitter is powered by 4 x AAA type batteries & is extremely compact & lightweight. The transmitter has some unique features, such as the magazine style battery tray, which pops out at the push of a button allowing you to change your batteries quick & easy. The Trigger Throttle control is comfortable in your hand and easy to control whilst riding your board. The Quanum Tx & Rx package is simple to use and is suitable for all TRAMPA setups.
This GRAUPNER ULTRAMAT Charger is capable of Charging & Balancing all cells up to 12s in power. The Ultramat 18 charger is used by the TRAMPA team for charging all of our decks that use Zippy Cells for power. The charger comes with a UK or EURO Plug for wall plug in connection, XT90 Jack leads & 2x 7 pin adaptor plates which allow balancer cable connections from 2x batteries from 1s to 6s using JST Connectors.... As the Graupner is our suggested charger for the Zippy cells this charger is somehow incorporated into the design of our Battery Boxes so using this charger is nice easy to connect, it is reasonably fast to charge whilst it balances (looking after) your cells at the same time and you dont need to remove anything in order to charge as the cells are all snugly secured away in one of the amazing Carbon fiber boxes, which as it so happens have been designed special for this style of charger & easy charging... :-)
12s power is the perfect amount of power to be pushed through any of the TRAMPA Electronic products (12s should only be applied when using the very special TRAMPA VESC6 speed controller). When 12s power is pumped into the VESC6 you will be able to experience the kind of riding performance everybody is talking about. Do not push more power than 12s into the VESC6. Using a XT90 Battery harness cable kit to connect 2x 6s batteries together will double the battery power resulting with a 12s Battery WITHOUT Any soldering or Welding!!
So as you now know, to achieve 12s power requires a minimum of 2x 6s Batteries (it could be more cells if you were custom making your battery or if you were achieving 12s from 6x 2s, 4x 3s or 3x 4s cells as they can all be harnessed together to make 12s power... but then you will most likely need an additional balancer cable harness or more chargers to charge/balance each cell individually if you want speedy charging), so for efficiency & simplicity we base our 12s power on the use of 2x 6s cells as generally speaking there are many good priced nice performing chargers put there which also have the ability to balance your cells to prevent failiure of the cell, already on the market are capable of charging up to 2x 6 cells at any 1 time,
which maximizes efficiency which in turn means less chargers & (of course if you are making a custom battery you will need a BMS complicated system & Soldering skills) so you either need 2x 6s Battery chargers or 1x charger that is powerful or large enough to charge 2x 6s batteries at the same time to reduce charging times & this GRAUPNER ULTRAMMAT 18 charger is the charger TRAMPA is currently recommending of using capable of charging 2x 6s cells at any 1 time, so if you are running 12s made up from 2x 6s batteries, using this graupner charger you can charge both 6s cells at the same time.... :-)
As well as suggesting our customers find the best performance through using custom cells to make custom battery packs & BMS (Battery management systems), this all gets a little complicated for the majority of our customers, so for ease of supply & speed of installation as plugging in the 6s Cells means no welding or anything messy like that, as well as achieving excellent performance & fabulous range, TRAMPA is strongly encouraging the use of the ZIPPY Compact 6200mAh 6s 40c Lipo Pack with XT90 connectors in on any of the Boards in TRAMPAs range that use either the 12s BEAST BOX or 12s2p MONSTER BOX, as these high power 6s Cells not ony fit perfectly into these custom made Carbon Fiber boxes, but the lids & sides of the Boxes have been CNC'd allowing the wiring loom to flow beautifully inside, further enabling the battery balancer cables to poke out of the rear or sides of the box, whislt most importantly allowing the Charging XT90 connectors to push tightly into & fit perfectly into the precision cut holes in the lid, which are secured int position by the use of s simple ZIPTIE, allowing for simple but very strong KEY connection for turning your board on or off & allowing a really easy plug n play to charge both 6s cells at 1 time when using this Grauper charger

you should set your charger to LiPo Manual, 6A and max possible mAh setting. Actually the limit of the charger is 20,000mAh I think. That only means the charger will stop charging when it pumped in 20,000 mAh. Worst case, you need to give the charger a second go to finish the job. It simply counts how many mAh it pumped in and stops at your pre-defined value.
When you press the two middle buttons simultaneously, while you charge,you can enter a mode that allows you to see each individual cell.
+- buttons let's you flick through the cells.
Each cell is full when it's at 4.21V.
A test with wheels in the air gives zero information about the performance, since the Vesc is current controlled. This control mode only works when there is a load.
Your Remote has two modes, fast and slow.
When you switch it on, ist in slow mode.
Press the on button again and it will blink fast.
Now you are in fast mode.
