TRAMPA's very own Mountainboard Bearings measure 12 x 28 x 8mm & will fit in to all of the Hubs that TRAMPA has to offer.
TRAMPA's precision made Bearings are polished to an internationally recognised ABEC 7 quality. (ABEC 3-5 is recognised as the industry standard). ABEC 7 polishing gives you a super smooth, super fast ride with extendend free rolling & top end roll speeds.
The Bearings are designed to fit TRAMPA wheels directly to 12mm axles, however using Bearing Reducer Spacers you are able to make 6001-2RS Bearings fit to Mini Spring Truck or 12FIFTIES Truck which both use 9.525mm Axles... Using Bearing reducer sleeves on 9.525mm Axles gives a very neat flush finish to the assembly insuring your Bearings spin freely.
Mountainboard Bearings are officially known as 6001 2RS Bearings. 6001 tells you the bearings size whilst 2RS means the bearing has 2 Removable Sides. During production the rubber coated sidewalls are inserted into the Outer raceway & are in contact with the inner raceway, they protect the single row of lubricated ball bearings housed within the enclosed raceways from the ingress of moisture, dust & dirt, retaining the pre-filled grease within the bearing, maintaining maximum performance to the board & rider for as long as possible. The rubber coated sidewalls come in RED, BLUE & BLACK or CERAMIC GREEN & are embossed with the TRAMPA logo proving the Top Quality!
The sidewalls are removable so you can service your bearings... Servicing your bearings on a regular basis will ensure they run well for you. Remove your wheels & take out your bearings, then using a pointy object simply pick off one side of the bearings & pop them into some solvent or fuel to dissolve any grease, i use an old tooth brush to rub the bearings gently, hopefully removing all the dirt that gets in... I pop them into another pot of clean fuel & make sure the fuel stays clean so i know the bearings are clean.. Once clean i take them out, placing onto some tissue or similar to dry out, you can rub them or blow them dry with an air line which is fun as they mae a whizzy noise! once dry i add a few tiny drops of sewing machine oil & place the bearing, open side into the wheel leaving the 1 side that still has the rubber sidewall in the outer position protecting your bearings from the further ingress of dirt getting in.... Repeat according to your riding demands, more riding = more servicing if you want best performance!
Use this handy little part to convert 12mm TRAMPA bearings to fit onto 9.525mm (3/8ths of an inch) Axles... You will commonly find 9.525mm axles on Skate Trucks or Trucks with Titanium Axles. Simply slip the Conversion Spacer into your 12mm Bearing & then insert the Wheel back onto the axle.... Couldnt be easier.... :-)
The pressed aluminium is accurately made so it fits snugly into your bearing and tightly slides over the axle. The flanged Rim allows the axle nut to tighten without squashing the bearing wall, ensuring free spinning maximum performance from your bearings at all times. The sleeve can be re used over and over again but remember to replace your bearings regularly....
This O-Ring should be fitted when a 9.525 x 16.5mm Bearing Support Spacer is fitted into the wheel assembly when fitting a wheel onto 9.525mm Axles. It fits alongside the Bearing Support Spacer, in-between the Bearings. This O-Ring prevents rattles from the spacer against the bearings. Over time, during the usage of your board, the bearings & spacers are put under a lot of force. Ultimately this force has to go somewhere... The Bearings use a Steel ring in their assembly where as the Bearing Support Spacers are made from Aluminum. Steel is much stringer than Aluminum & when forced against each the aluminum will loose out every time! This is what happens to your spacers between the bearings, the Bearings put force onto your spacers as a consequence over time the spacers shrink... With enough time its possible for an annoying rattle to start.... That's when you fit these little O-Rings!! :-)
TRAMPA's M4 x 40mm Socket Capped Bolt is made using A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel. This very special Bolt is specifically made for TRAMPA & is used to assemble the TRAMPA SUPERSTAR HUBS. The socket capped head of the Bolt screws neatly though the Spokes & into the fixing point in the Rim of the SUPERSTAR HUB eventually screwing into the M4 nut on the other side easly.
TORX Screws are less likely to strip out when compared to a hex screw, because of the way the load is distributed and applied between the tool and the hardware. Because of this load distribution, the height of the head of the bolt can be reduced - making them nice & flush.
Made from A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel, all of the nuts, bolts & screws used in a TRAMPA board have proven to be up to the challenge of holding everything together. Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel also means these Bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with the harshest of weather conditions & will laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches or muddy freeride tracks - which can turn other manufacturers’ nuts & bolts into corroded rusting wrecks!
Wherever possible, we dip all our bolts into BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE, to ensure an extra strong & secure fix between the nuts & bolts.
This ia 460mm long x 15mm wide High Torque Drive (HTD) Re-enforced Rubber Belt, which has 5mm Tooth Spacing (5M). This Belt is High Power rated (HP) & arguably over engineered for our application as the belt is made in Germany by the world famous company called STRONGBELT, who usually supply into heavy industry public sector applications which demand much more stringent requirements of any electric skateboard! This belt is used to transfer the power from the Motor & Motor Pulley into power at the rear wheels of a TRAMPA Electric Mountainboard.
TRAMPA opted to set a new standard in E-Skating, becoming the first in the world to fit to all of its E-Boards, a 15mm wide TRANSMISSON BELT. Our standard 15mm belt is almost double the width of nearly all other E-Sk8's out there, they tend to use a flimsy off the shelf 9mm transmission belt which are prone to stretch, slip & ultimately snap. Using a re-enforced 15mm wide High Power Belt reduces stretch, eliminates slip & as a consequence provides a constantly smooth whilst incredibly intuitive power delivery direct to the rear Drive Wheels of your board. TRAMPA's 66 Tooth URBAN mount Slave Pulley fits to any of the HYPA, SUPERSTAR or PRIMO wheels in the TRAMPA product Range & are used when connecting electric motors to the URBAN Motor Mounts.
The 66 Tooth URBAN Slave Pulley has been precision milled from super-light-weight & mega strong Heat Treated T6 Aluminum. The pulleys teeth stand 5mm tall, this is the same size teeth as that found on TRAMPA's 15mm wide 'Strongbelt' & when TRAMPA's Premium Strongbelts are wrapped around the pulleys, using the belt tension facility to screw down & increase the tension on the belt the connection between the teeth & the belt becomes so efficient it has what we call HIGH TORQUE DRIVE (HTD). HTD ensures all of the motors Torque is forced through the pulleys to the wheels & when coupled with the amazing VESC 6 & 12s Battery power provides instant smooth unreal Power on tap to the rider!

TRAMPA's 66 tooth URBAN Mount Slave Wheel works in conjunction with all & any of the 13, 14 or 15 tooth Motor Pulley in the range. Changing your Motor Pulley will drastically alter the performance & characteristics of your ride... 13 Tooth is best for Hill Climbing whilst 15 Tooth is best for high speed, 14 tooth will give you all round performance...

Introducing TRAMPA's M5 (5mm Thread) A4 Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut. This Nylock Nut will fit to all M5 Bolts regardless of their length. This A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Nut will never rust on you! It is fitted with the world renowned NYLOCK System (Nylock is a nylon locking system where Nylon is pasted into the threads of the nut so that when the bolt is tightened into the nut the nylon grabs the thread of the bolt holding it locking it in the thread ensuring things do not vibrate loose or fall off when being ridden on rough terrain like that which a Mountain or Kiteboard endures. The NYLOCK thread locking security System is fitted as standard to all TRAMPA Nuts.
This Nut is used to fix to the Regular shaped M5 Bolts that hold the TRUCKS to the DECK for all Decks & also for the Dome Head Bolts connecting the L BRACKETS to the Bindings. Use an 8mm spanner or Ratchet Drive to tighten the Nut onto the Bolt. Always ensure your Nuts & Bolts are tight before you ride!

This special Spacer measures 12mm (id) x 16mm (od) x 16.5mm (long) & is known as a Bearing Support Spacer. This Bearing Support Spacer fits between the Bearings, along side the 10mm O-Ring when fitting Bearings into a TRAMPA hub when mounting the wheel onto 12mm Axles.

This tiny STEEL Shim Spacer is precision made to give maximum performance! It is used to hold the bearings in the perfect position & also to bridge tiny gaps on the axles, ensuring an accurate fit with NO rattles!
The Shim spacer slips onto the axle fitting either side of the Bearings when the wheel is being fitted onto 9.525mm Axles.
This tiny spacer positions the wheel perfectly on the axle, holding the Bearing in the best possible place to help achieve maximum spin rate for the wheel. Its little parts like these that suffer the most amount of abuse, especially when they are used in the harsh conditions that they are. Check from time to time they are in good order & possibly replacing them every now & then this good proactice will ensure your board stays in tip-top condition, always!
This is a replacement or extra SPOKE for the Superstar hub. TRAMPA's Superstar spokes are produced using T6 Heat Treated 6061 Aero-grade "Top Quality" Aluminum which is forced through an Extrusion Die. Extrusion means continuous which is how our Spokes are made, in one continuous piece. Once extruded the resulting profile is T6 Heat Treated. Heat Treating extruded 6061 Alloy makes the Alloy very very strong.
The spoke is bead polished to take away and sharp edges then the spokes are sent away to the Anodisers to have the relevant colour added. Once the colour has been added the precision CNC machine is put back to work to mill out & accept the bearings into the bearing housing perfectly..
Check your spoke support spacers are in good condition when inter changing spokes & ensure all of your nuts & bolts are tight before you ride!
INNOVA's 7 Inch Straight-cut INLINE STREET TYRE is an off the shelf "Old Skool Classic". Its straight cut profile & ability to handle high inflation rates makes this tyre the perfect grip option for easy rolling working best on hard surfaces such as Skate parks, Tarmac or Asphalt. The 3mm deep INLINE grooved surface, encourages the tyre to "Track" in a straight line & unlike the Long Board sized / style wheels, the 7 inch pneumatic rubber tyre is easily big enough to glide over small obstacles such as small stones, cigarette butts or mini pot holes & will handle hard packed rough terrain, such as a gravel path, with no problem at all....!
A 3.75 Inch Steel Band is moulded into the Rim of the INLINE Tyre for re-enforcement & a regular TPI (TPI = Threrds per Inch) gives the tyre its structure by stitching the Steel Bands together. The INLINE tyre is "4PR" rated. PR means "Ply Rating" (number of layers f rubber) so this tyre has 4 Ply / Layers of rubber covering the threaded surface. Some tyres in the TRAMPA range use only 2PR, so having 4PR means its double thickness & therefore longer lasting & more resistant to punctures.
Measuring 180 x 50mm when inflated, this INLINE Tyre will fit only to the TRAMPA Hubs that measure 3.75 Inches at the Rim. It also fits all 3.75 inch (inner dimension) hubs on the market. The factory's recommended max tyre pressure is 50psi but the TRAMPA hubs are so strong that top riders have been known to inflate these tyres well beyond their recommended pressures with no problems to mention. If you do decide to go beyond the max inflation pressure ensure your nuts & bolts holding the hub together are adequately tight & deflate to a regular pressure after use.
